The first album of this solo project from Canada!

Following a similar path of Alaskan Escape, on a cleaner approach, but still employing synths but to a lesser extent, fluctuating between atmospheric, in the start, and harsher territory, towards the ends, but not truly embracing any of them. The vocals are often high-pitched shrieks but quite muffled, bringing to mind the harshness in some details again, only on the second track we are presented to a sparkless rock song with also clean vocals and plenty of harmonies. A project that is able to keep things quite interesting, despite the atypical approach to black metal, without losing its core.
