The belgian tyrant has with this release his 6th effort and in my opinion some of his best. More based around the riffage than in the keyboard work, as it was with recent output, Altered Heresy's side is a bludgeoning offering of vile and primitive Black Metal.
As to Spider God, this artist continues with his brand of melodic, saccharine Black Metal, still maintaining the notorious influence of acts such as Vothana and the guitarwork of Antimessiah, but with a more varied songwriting in this release. Beautiful work, and definitely the best new project exploring this type of sound in my opinion.
