"The Eternal Sleep” drags Swedish Death Metal back to its raw, chainsaw snarled roots!

With Tomas Skogsberg’s production and Dan Swanö’s mastering work, they brought back a sound of Swedish Death Metal thought to be extinct.

Incorporating the styles of bands such as Evocation, Eucharist, God Macabre and many more, their debut release will ensure an album that recalls memories of the forlorn underground scene in Sweden.

Signing with Hammerheart Records in September 2024 to release this debut, Impurity are set to push the boundaries further, aiming to challenge and redefine modern Death Metal with their relentless sound.
