A longtime solo project by the enigmatic Black Sorcerer Battle (or BSB) that later turned into a collaboration with Swiss keyboard player Vinterriket, Battle Dagorath have proven themselves to be a very worthy atmospheric black metal act.
Vinterriket is known more for his wintery ambience on his solo project, but for Battle Dagorath he fuses that sound with a more spacey sound to fit the atmosphere. The keys are layered closer to the back and rarely get brought out to the front, but they still provide that essential atmospheric element for this kind of black metal.

Dark Dragons... is a very strong atmospheric black metal album; one of the better ones to come out in a very long time.
